A true Idahoan, Kelly has a great appreciation for the beauty and community of this wonderful state. Kelly has been in the HVAC industry since 2013, exceptionally applying his skills in project management.
He enjoys his hobby farm as a peaceful retreat, taking care of his cows, goats, horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats. A monthly escape to CJ Strike reservoir is always in order, for hiking fishing, and tooling around on the pontoon boat.
In late 2017, he opened Easy Heating and Cooling with a vision for a company that values and champions its employees, rewarding craftsmanship and a high level of care for the customer and outcome. He takes great pride in providing exceptional, professional, and prompt service to this valley.

Morgan has a dedication to his customers and work like few others. He strives to help create a company that’s good for the customers and employees alike and treats everyone fairly-even if that means he has to take on extra work. And he certainly does. He carries these values into the community with various ongoing charity work as well.
After graduating from Cal State with a Business Management degree, he spent several years in project management and sales before bringing his skill set to us.
At home, he is equally devoted to the well-being of his wife and 4 children. He is a fantastic (and highly knowledgeable) gardener. He has an impressive organic garden and host of animals, from which he supplies his home, and customers with fresh produce and eggs on a regular basis.
Tania Garcia

Tania spent 12 years working as an Assistant Manager at a daycare until the owner decided to sale. Prior to that Tania worked as a bookkeeper. We jumped on the chance to bring her on board with us as she has a patience and dedication to her work that is a rare find.
She has little spare time as her and her husband of 16 years have four wonderful children who keep them as busy as you can imagine with soccer and school activities. They have a large extended family
here in the valley that they spend most of their time with. Tania speaks fluent Spanish bringing that skill here to us to broaden our customer reach.

Mike, too, is a big BSU fan. Outside of work, he and his wife of 15 years resource and repurpose antique furniture and spend time with their 3 children.
